Back Forty Day Pass
Get ready for a whole day of wild, western fun when you choose to get a day pass to the Back Forty. Your wristband will get you into all of the fun, Including Stunt Shows, outdoor Swimmin' Hole with 150' waterslide, Arts & Crafts at Sally's, Barrel Train, Play Structure, Petting Farm, Pony Rides, Archery, Face Painting, Balloon Animals, Sled Dog Club, Wild & Western Games, and more! The Back Forty is open every day starting at 10am, and day passes are just $12 for kids and $15 for adults. Purchase your wristbands at the toll booth when you arrive at the Back Forty.

Gold Rush Waterpark
Double JJ Ranch, Waterpark and Golf Resort is home to 60,000 square feet of indoor water park excitement. Come race down Western Michigan's tallest indoor waterslide! More thrill slides, a lazy/crazy river, wave pool, water fort, toddler pool, water basketball, and hot tubs offer TONS of ways to get wet all year long! Thoroughbred Golf
Designed by renowned architect Arthur Hills, the Thoroughbred Golf Club is known for its beauty and solitude. With bent grass tees, fairways and greens, the Thoroughbred offers 18 championship holes that sprawl over 240 acres of rolling Michigan woodside. It wraps around the Gold Rush Indoor Waterpark and is the only golf course in Michigan where horseback riders have the right of way on cart paths.
The strategic layout is challenging but rewarding to golfers of all abilities. Play it yourself and see why you'll want to come back again and again. Pricing varies by day & time.

Cattle Drives
Take part in this two-hour adventure as you move our herd of long horn cattle from pen to pasture, and then back again! Cattle Drives are open both to resort guests & to the general public. Children under the age of 18 must have their Top Hand coin to participate in a cattle drive. Advance reservations are required and may be made by calling the front desk at (231) 894-4444. Cost for a two-hour cattle drive is $50 per person.

Rodeo
Come out to the Ranch for all the cowboys, horses, roping, and rodeo clowns you can handle!
For the full experience, join us for our famous Pig Roast before the Rodeo! Rodeo starts at 7:30pm every Saturday night (excluding 6/30/12), with Pig Roast taking place at the Rodeo Arena from 6pm. Pricing is as follows: Rodeo Only $10 adults & $5 kids (11 & under), Rodeo & Pig Roast $20 adults & $12 kids. Get all the details on Rodeo here.

Breakfast Ride
Hit the trail early & head out to enjoy a wrangler-cooked flapjack breakfast. The trail ride leaves the Back Forty Barn at 8am, & the haywagon leaves at 8:30am. Make sure you're signed up by the night before! Breakfast rides take place on Sunday, Monday, & Wednesday mornings. Breakfast rides are $30 to travel by horseback & $20 to travel by haywagon.

Steak Dinner Ride
Enjoy a late-afternoon ride out to Carpenter Lake, where you'll enjoy a tasty steak dinner with all the fixings. Trail ride leaves the Back Forty Barn at 5:30pm, & the haywagon leaves at 6pm. Sign up by 2pm the day of to reserve your spot. Steak dinner rides take place every Tuesday & Thursday evening. Steak dinner rides are $35 to travel by horseback & $25 to travel by haywagon.
Sundance Steakhouse
Savor a delicious steak dinner as you enjoy the sweeping views of the resort. Visit us on Friday for All-You-Can-Eat Ribs night, or come on Saturday for our Prime Rib specials! Sundance is open Monday-Saturday evenings from 5pm-10pm. Click to preview the Sundance Steakhouse menu.

Rustler's Roost
Located at the JJ Frontier. Grab a burger, pizza, or sandwich at this family-friendly eatery. Rustler's Roost is open daily from 11am-10pm.

Waterin' Hole
Located behind the Thoroughbred Pro Shop, grab a bite at the midway point of your golf game, or just wander over to enjoy the outdoor dining. The Waterin' Hole is open daily from 10am-7pm.

Shooter's Saloon
Get a taste of the Old West at this themed restaurant at the Back Forty. Stop by for breakfast from 7am-11am, or for dining off the menu from 11am-8pm.

Saturday Pig Roast
Taking place every Saturday there's a Rodeo, get your fill of vittles at this all-you-can-eat Pig Roast, located right at the Rodeo Arena! Pig Roast starts at 6pm, followed by Rodeo at 7:30pm.
