Grand View Golf Course is one of northwest Michigan’s best values, offering both a challenging design and spectacular views.  The course sprawls across rolling hills sprinkled with mature trees with breathtaking views on many elevated tees. The dramatic elevation changes off the tee and approaches lead to the subtly undulating, medium-sized greens, which are flanked by contoured mounding.  The sparse bunkering is understated but the challenge comes from their strategic placement.  Water comes into play on only two holes but there are nearly 40 sand traps lurking greenside or along the landing zones off the fairways.  Signature hole 8 hole is a par-3 with a dramatic drop to an island green.  The facility also has a clubhouse with golf gear, beverages, and snacks plus a driving range, practice green, and picnic facilities for groups.
